  • We are looking for a skilled Project Officer to be a key player in our Project Management team. Duties and Responsibilities

  • • Responsible for serving as the main interface between the customer and IMI, handling RFQs

    • Facilitates executive-level interactions between the company, customer, and factory

    • Oversees NPI and coordinates the start-up phase of new production

    • Leads program teams comprising production, quality, and engineering materials personnel

    • Ensures that efficiency ramp-up and scrap are aligned with the quote

    • Responsible for managing and retaining customers, growing sales volume, and ensuring that the business/project is profitable

    • Monitors and reviews delivery performance to ensure timely delivery of products

    • Coordinates tasks to be performed according to procedures and manages changes through ECN or EOL

    • Conducts risk analysis

Qualifications

  • • Educational Background: Graduate of Engineering preferably IE, ECE, EE, ME

    • Industry Experience: At least 2 years in EMS, semiconductor or electronics industry

    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), knowledge in MS Project an advantage

    • Must have customer-focus experience

    • Highly proficient in oral and written communication

    • Experienced with ISO standards and project management

    • Knowledgeable in SAP, project scheduling, and BOM creation

    • Able to work directly with customers and suppliers

    • Capable of monitoring RFQ status
