HR Compliance Support Staff

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Support Global HR Compliance in preparation for the upcoming RBA Certification Audit.
    - Conduct supplier audit and pre-qualification review for potential suppliers or customers (LABOR and ETHICS).
    - Ensure the company's compliance with the RBA standards by the suppliers and all other third-party service providers.
    - Develop communication materials and collaterals related to Compliance activities.
    - Perform internal audits on HR procedures and processes to ensure compliance with local laws.
    - Participate in any external or third-party audits.
    - Ensure that any open issues in Corrective Action Reports (CAR) are properly monitored.
    - Provide administrative support in all Global HR Compliance activities.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    - Open for a Temporary One-Year Assignment only
    - Graduate of any four-year course
    - 1 - 3 years of related experience
    - Fluent in both oral and written English and the local language, with strong interpersonal skills
    - Possesses analytical skills and attention to detail
    - Skilled in business writing
    - Knowledgeable in Labor Code and other government rulings
    - Knowledgeable in RBA Code of Conduct and related standards
    - Basic understanding of the Semiconductor or Electronic/Manufacturing industry
