Qualifications

Educational Background: Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Industry Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing company is a must.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in SAP and highly skilled in account analysis.

Main Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis against forecasts and budgets.

Provide insights to support decision-making and financial initiatives.

Provides recommendatory solutions in terms of cost reductions.

Develop creative processes to enhance team productivity.

Assist Project Managers in preparing the annual budget.

Undertake additional duties as assigned, showcasing versatility and adaptability.

Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and reliability.
